       Rules and Regulations

1. ADVANCE RESERVATIONS

   

Advance reservations must be made at least 2 hrs prior to when service is to be rendered.

 

2. HOURLY RATES

 

Rates and charges will be computed, in terms of time, from when the vehicle leaves the garage until the vehicle returns to the garage.  All hourly rate services require a minimum (1) one hour booking for the sedan, and (3) three hours for  stretch limousines.

 

3. DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION

 

Service will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.(including holidays) Weekdays are Monday thru Thursday. Weekends are Friday thru Sunday. Holidays include the following days: New Year's Eve Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day (after noon) and Christmas Day.

 

4. ADHERENCE TO TARIFF

Rates based on provisions contained in the Tariff, posted and published in accordance with applicable law and Title 52 of the Pennsylvania Code.

 

 

5. PAYMENT OF OUT - OF - POCKET EXPENSES

 

The rates and charges in this tariff cover transportation only. All tolls, parking fees, and other out-of-pocket expenses shall be the responsibility of the customer and will be added onto carrier's charges.

 

 

6. LIABILITY

 

Jeffrey L. Curry or Curry Limousine LLC will not be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, weather conditions, and any other conditions beyond its control, and does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point at a specific time. If any act of God, authority of law, guarantee, strikes, riots, bad road conditions, storms, and any other conditions beyond its control make it, in the opinion of the carrier, inadvisable to operate, the carrier shall not be liable therefore.

 

 

7. SERVICE

 

Carrier reserves the right to provide service only over roads suitable for the operation of equipment. All vehicles are absolutely NO SMOKING, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO tobacco use of any type is permitted in any vehicle. Absolutely NO underage drinking is permitted. No eating in vehicles unless approved in advance.

Violation of any of these guidelines will result in termination of service and NO refund.

 

 

8. GRATUITIES

 

A Driver Gratuity of 20% is NOT included in the posted hourly rate and will be added to the customer's charges.

 

 

9. DEPOSIT

 

As a condition of accepting a reserve to charter a vehicle, the carrier requires a deposit of at least 20% of the quoted charter price. Forfeiture of deposits to be within the following limitations:

  1. Forfeiture of not more than 50% of the deposit if the charter is cancelled by the customer more than 15 but less than 30 days prior to the date the transportation was to depart; and

  2. Forfeiture of not more than the total amount of the deposit if the cancellation occurs within 15 days prior to the date the transportation was to depart.

**If  refund is for a credit card deposit or payment, an additional fee will be charged to cover any credit card fees that I incur.

 

10. PAYMENT

 

Payment will be paid in full by the day of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

 

11. BAGGAGE and PERSONAL EFFECTS

 

Baggage and other personal effects will be transported at no extra charge.

 

 

12. EARLY MORNING HOURS

 

A charge of $20.00 will be assessed to the fare in which the Pick-Up or Drop-Off occurs between the hours of Midnight and 5:00 am.

 

13. SECURITY DEPOSIT(S)

 

We reserve the right to charge a security deposit of at least $100 for Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties, Bar Tours, or ANY events where adult beverages are being consumed. The following events will result in forfeiture of security deposit, service will end immediately, and there will be NO refund:

*Anyone getting sick in limo

*Excessive spillage of beverages

*Any fighting or unruliness

*Lighting or attempting to light cigarette, cigar, etc, or use of any tobacco product

*ANY breakage or damage to limo in any way

*Arguing with the driver

 

***An additional cleaning fee of $25 will be added to the bill of any customers who choose to wear "Glitter" on their clothing. {Bridal dresses, Prom gowns, etc}***
